Cheap car, anyone?: A prototype of a microcar developed by teachers at Diponegoro University is seen in Semarang, Central Java, on Friday. It's not the engine, it's what fuels it. Make it clean, make it green, and be responsible.

With only 150 or 200 cc capacity, I don't think it is cheap.
