ENPASAR: Denpasar Mayor Rai Dharmawijaya Mantra led Saturday mass fogging in villages and sub-districts around the city in an effort to prevent dengue fever.
Rai said the fogging was aimed at reducing dengue fever's incidence through minimizing the spread of the vector mosquitoes and improving residents' health conditions.
"This *mass fogging* is a nonstop program, which will be intensified during the rainy season when dengue fever carrier's mosquitoes are in breeding period," he said. - JP
