earing the end of the month, Singapore will be buzzing with all things fashionable as the city-state welcomes back the Audi Fashion Festival for its second installment between April 28 and May 2, 2010.

The annual fashion festival is held at Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza and will be opened by a kick-off high-octane show from DSquared. Meanwhile, upping the glamour ante on the runway will be Estonian supermodel Carmen Kass and Korean supermodel and TV personality Song Kyunga.

Other highlights from the five-day festival include a dazzling presentation from official jeweler Tiffany & Co., stunning Swarovski Atelier showcase, and Autumn/Winter 2010 shows by indie darling KTZ and international labels RAOUL, alldressedup, Mango and Warehouse.

If high fashion seems a tad too "couture" for you, Singapore Expo Hall will play host to a number of fashion-related events also to take place at the end of the month.

From April 30 to May 2, expect to grab some high-street bargains during the Metro Expo Sale (Singapore Expo Hall 5) and abundant apparel choices for the mother, baby and toddler at the Baby Expo (Hall 4A). Book lovers are also in for a treat of great value products, great giveaways and fun at the Borders Fair in Hall 6B.

Even more steals can be found at Suntec Singapore, where The Value Shopper puts up on sale exclusive handbags, Italian shoes and countless more items - from fashion apparel to swimwear, leatherwear and sports accessories - for two days only between April 30 and May 1.

Should all the shopping (with minimal rest) take its toll on you, here's a chance to unwind in style! A "prescription" of Chopin's piano music from three Singaporean medical doctors will unfold in the Living Room at The Arts House on May 3.

Dr Chang Tou Liang, Au Kah Kay and Lin Xiu Min, who all happen to be passionate pianists, will perform an hour of their favorite Chopin pieces, including famed Nocturnes, Mazurkas and Preludes in celebration of the 200th anniversary of the Polish pianist-composer.
