JAKARTA: It’s a wonderful week for singer Widi Mulia and her husband actor Dwi Sasono, as the couple received the most beautiful gift: A baby girl.
According to Widi, their baby girl, Widuri Putri Sasono, was born Monday evening, making her a mother of two.
“Thank God, we now have a pair, a boy and a girl,” said the member of trio Be3, whose first son is two-year-old Dru Prawiro Sasono. “I will breast-feed my baby,” she added.
Dwi revealed that her wife was actually still breast-feeding their son Dru, so Widi had to be ready to get busy.
When asked about the most unforgettable moment he had when accompanying her wife through her labor, Dwi said he couldn’t stand being scratched by his wife.
“So this message goes to all pregnant women: Please cut your nails before going into labor,” Dwi said, joking. “You don’t know when you will scratch your husband.”
Both Dwi and Widi said that having two kids was enough for them. However, if they were granted with another bundle of joy in the future, the couple said they would be happy too. — JP
