ENPASAR: The Bali Creative Community will hold the Bali Creative Festival (BFC) at the Art Center on Jl. Nusa Indah in downtown Denpasar from Dec. 3 to Dec. 6.
Rudolf Dethu, coordinator of the festival, said that the event would bring together talents from the local creative industry such as young architects, designers, fashion designers, musicians, artists to display their artistic works.
“The Bali Creative Festival is part of the government’s 100 percent Cinta Indonesia program, which encourages the local creative industry to flourish,” explained Dethu.
Among participating groups are the Denpasar Photographers Community, Lingkar & Eka Rock (SID), the Indonesian Graphic Design Association, Cartoon Community, One Dollar for Music, Bali Blogger Community, and many other young artists.
The three-day event will include an art exhibition, a music concert, performing arts, a poster and photo exhibition, workshops, seminars and other creative endeavours. — JP
