Online help for balancing exercise and healthy diet

To be healthy and fit, one no longer needs to get out of the house.

Gymcube.com provides an online training service, offering videos of various personal trainers to demonstrate specific exercises.

Although the service is not free of charge, the website offers a 10-day free trial for all new users.

The most surprising and unique features is the live classes that this online service offers. Similar to personal training schedules available at gyms, GymCube has a timetable featuring the schedules of different available videos from Monday to Sunday.

Different exercises '€” from '€œCardio and Abs'€, '€œKettleBell workouts'€ to '€œExpress Yoga'€, are spread out throughout the week.

The assigned time that the live class begins is also posted in the schedule, along with a countdown of how many days, hours and seconds left until the video starts.

For new online exercisers who prefer easier classes, or even advanced ones, the videos are labeled with the level of difficulty ranging from beginner, intermediate to advanced levels.

Another distinct category featured in this website is the '€œAnytime'€ page. If the members do not have time to keep up with the schedules provided, they do not have to worry, as all the classes are available at anytime during the day.

However, these videos are not the live videos, which facilitate a connection between members and the instructors.

In addition, a separate column is available on the side bar of the '€œAnytime'€ page, which functions to filter the videos according to the desired fitness level, fitness goal, instructor, duration and the name of the class that members want to watch.

Other than just providing the service for online exercises, GymCube also has a separate link to its blog. The blogs are mostly about healthy diets and work out controversies that concern many people today and are directed at the members of GymCube.

Stories, such as '€œmore women exercising at home'€, are discussed, with a hyperlink to other articles connected with the story.

Getting the right exercise is not the only solution to having a healthy and fit body '€” diet plays a big role in toning up one'€™s body and possibly to rapidly lose calories.

Fitday.com is an online calorie counter and weight-loss journal that keeps track of an individual'€™s eating habits and enforces a healthy diet.

Once a member registers and creates an account, the page is automatically directed to a column where one must fill in their height, weight, age and so forth. The dashboard consists of adding calories to meals throughout the day, the type of activities done, weight and even mood.

The calorie counter instantly calculates the net calorie value for that day, whether it is below the budgeted calorie intake, or above.

To highlight even further the net calorie value, a graph is presented to visualize the calorie intake compared to calories burned.

With the same service as GymCube, Fitday also offers a calendar that is filled with the budgeted calories and net calorie values for the given date, until the targeted date of a member'€™s weight loss.

A separate link for collections of articles is also available, which are usually written by professional dietitians, along with Fitday'€™s administrators.

Moreover, the website is introducing a new service of chatting online with a professional dietitian who will create a custom plan to help the interested member to reach their goal of having a healthy diet.

Even though there is a fee charged for this service, a new member can start free and experience several days of a free trial period.
