'To set up a media center, the Communication and Information Ministry proposed the budget,' said APEC Summit media center coordinator Gatot S. Dewobroto in Nusa Dua, Badung regency, Bali, on Sunday, as quoted by Antara news agency.

The APEC Summit organizing committee received internet support from state-owned telecommunication operator PT Telkom.
'Internet usage hit 2 x 10 gigabytes while Telkom provides 4 x 10 gigabytes. It is predicted that the internet usage will peak during Oct. 7 to 8,' said Gatot. (ebf)
