Dwi Ria Sumbodo, a member of Commission E on education and social welfare at the council, said her commission and faction fully supported the governor's quick response to handling juvenile crimes, including student brawls in the city.
'Our faction appreciates the educative and humane approach deployed by the governor,' she said as quoted by tribunnews.com.
Ria, who is also secretary of the PDI-P faction, said that parents should always monitor their kids.
'Family is a moral gate after education,' she said.
