he Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) haspledged to garner at least 27 percent of votes in the 2014 legislativeelection.
'We will at least get 27.2 percent of the popular votes or roughly 152 seats in the House of Representatives,' PDI-P central board member Puan Maharani said on Wednesday.
Puan said that with that amount of votes, the PDI-P expected that it would be able to nominate its own presidential ticket.
She said that the PDI-P would meet its target, given that in the past it had garnered 33 percent of the popular vote.
