T

he dossiers of Abdul '€œDul'€ Qodir Jaelani, the suspect ina fatal pileup that claimed seven lives in September, were submitted to theEast Jakarta Prosecutor'€™s Office on Monday.

'€œIf the prosecutors find the dossiers complete, we will deliver the evidence and the suspect to them,'€ said Jakarta Police traffic law enforcement division head Sr. Comr. Adj. Hindarsono.

The youngest son of musician and producer Ahmad Dhani, who was still recuperating from injuries from the crash, is facing six years behind bars as he violated the Traffic Law, causing injury and death.

The 13-year-old drove his father'€™s car without permission and hit another vehicle full of passengers on the Jagorawi toll road.

'€œThe suspect may undergo only half the maximum punishment as he is underage,'€ Hindarsono said.
