n Army helicopter that failed to report its location en route to Long Bawang, Kalimantan'€™s border area, has been found, an Army official said on Thursday.

'€œThe chopper had to make an emergency landing at Long Tulip village in Malinau Regency due to bad weather. It will continue flying if conditions allow,'€ Army spokesman Brig. Gen. Andika Perkasa said in a press release sent to The Jakarta Post.

The helicopter had departed from Tarakan, North Kalimantan on Wednesday afternoon. It was transporting logistics and 10 personnel for the Army'€™s border guard posts. (dic)
