The dossiers will be given to prosecutors and the four will stand trial.
Jakarta Police spokesman Sr. Comr. Rikwanto said that prosecutors would receive the dossiers within the next two days.
The four ' identified as AKI, 26; ED, 26; IVE, 28; and DR, 27 ' have been in detention since they were named suspects three weeks ago. They were subsequently dismissed by Transjakarta, kompas.com reported.
A woman alleges she was sexually harassed by the four after she had fallen unconscious due to an asthma attack while on the bus from Cempaka Putih in East Jakarta to Harmoni in Central Jakarta on Jan. 21, 2014.
The four suspects will be charged with violating Article 284 on fornication and Article 290 of the Criminal Code on sexual harassment with a maximum sentence of seven years in prison, Rikwanto said.
