JAKARTA: Pop diva Vina Panduwinata is mourning the loss of her nephews who were among the passengers of the ill-fated Malaysian Airlines flight MH17.
The siblings, Shaka Tamaputra Panduwinata, 21, and Miguel Panduwinata, 13, resided in the Netherlands and were on the way to Jakarta for a holiday.
'Their father will leave for the Netherlands tomorrow to meet his wife and second child and to prepare for their sons' burial,' Vina said as quoted by tribunnews.com on Saturday.
'I hope the perpetrators will be brought to justice,' Vina said. 'Why did they shoot down a civilian airplane?'
