JAKARTA: Musician Pongki Barata is returning with his second album, Meet the Stars, in collaboration with a younger generation of Indonesian artists.
During the launch on Wednesday in Jakarta, Pongki said that the album comprised his 14 most popular songs, covered by artists including Tulus, Endah N Resa, Mike Mohede, Lea Simanjuntak, Astrid and rock bands Kotak and Blink.
Pongki also inserted two duets with wife Sophie Navita.
With the launch of the album, Pongki also introduced pongkimeetsthestars.com. 'It contains the complete information on the album,' he was quoted as saying by tribunnews.com.
On the website, Pongki posted the lyrics on the songs, videos during the recording and teasers for each song.
