Guess what?: Citra releases new, less-jazzy single

Kapanlagi.com

JAKARTA: Citra Scholastika has released a new single, titled '€œJangan Paksa Ahh'€ (Don'€™t Force Me), which the singer says has a more energetic sound that her usual work.

'€œThe song is very cheerful, so I can dance too,'€ the 21-year-old 2010 Indonesian Idol finalist said as quoted by kapanlagi.com.

To support her new concept, Citra has prepared a new look. '€œOne song can lead to some other changes, because I don'€™t only change my singing style, but also my performance.'€

On song arrangments, Citra said she would bring a more Broadway nuance to her voice.

'€œPeople usually tie me to jazz when I'€™m singing. And in this new song, I will present a Broadway touch,'€ she said.
