JAKARTA: Citra Scholastika has released a new single, titled 'Jangan Paksa Ahh' (Don't Force Me), which the singer says has a more energetic sound that her usual work.
'The song is very cheerful, so I can dance too,' the 21-year-old 2010 Indonesian Idol finalist said as quoted by kapanlagi.com.
To support her new concept, Citra has prepared a new look. 'One song can lead to some other changes, because I don't only change my singing style, but also my performance.'
On song arrangments, Citra said she would bring a more Broadway nuance to her voice.
'People usually tie me to jazz when I'm singing. And in this new song, I will present a Broadway touch,' she said.
