he Attorney General's Office (AGO) has declared the president director of state-owned airport operator PT Angkasa Pura I (AP I), Tommy Soetomo, a suspect in a corruption case regarding the procurement of five fire trucks worth Rp 63 billion (US$5.41 million).
The declaration was based on the Sprindik (letters ordering the start of an investigation) issued on July 16.
AGO spokesman Tony T. Spontana said investigators would summon Tommy.
"We will immediately summon Tommy for further investigation. Currently we are questioning the witnesses," Tony said as quoted by kontan.co.id on Monday.
They had also declared PT Scientek Computindo director Hendra Liem a suspect in the case, he said.
AP I corporate secretary Indra Nugraha said the company would cooperate with the AGO and obey the rules. (nfo)
