JAKARTA: Actress Nadia Saphira says she is determined to focus on being a lawyer and is leaving show business for good
AKARTA: Actress Nadia Saphira says she is determined to focus on being a lawyer and is leaving show business for good.
She was recently seen as part of the legal team of noted lawyer OC Kaligis attending the trial of a sexual abuse case involving the Jakarta International School (JIS) at the South Jakarta District Court.
'I was assigned to this case by my boss [OC Kaligis]. I'm so excited because this is a very challenging case,' she said, as quoted by kapanlagi.com.
Nadia said she wanted to focus on her new profession.
'When I was still in law school, I took six movie offers and I got bad grades. And I've been thinking, too, that I don't want to be an actress for the rest of my life,' said Nadia, who starred in Garin Nugroho's Under the Tree.
'I guess I don't have any regrets for leaving show business.'
