AKARTA: Actress Nafa Urbach says she enjoys practicing Muay Thai as it reminds her of her childhood.
Nafa said that as a child she liked to fight boys physically and that her father supported her in doing so.
'My father said, 'If you fight and lose you might as well not go home',' Nafa said as quoted by Kapanlagi.com.
'So I had to be able to win fights to go home after school.'
Nafa said that Muay Thai had also helped her keep in shape and stay healthy.
'Muay Thai helps channel my urge to fight people,' she said.
