Guess what?: No more love songs for Petra

J

AKARTA: Singer and musician Petra Sihombing says he'€™s had enough of silly love songs '€” and that he'€™s ready to write songs about something other than romance for his next album.

'€œMy first two albums talked a lot about love. This is why on my new album, I will talk about something different,'€ the 22-year-old said in Jakarta, as quoted by tribunnews.com.

'€œMusically, it will not be much different from my previous records, but there will be a more folk style to it,'€ he said.

Petra emerged onto the Indonesian music scene with a self-titled album funded by his family in 2009, gaining fame with the single '€œCinta Takkan Kemana-mana'€ (Love Won'€™t Go Anywhere).
