JAKARTA: Television host and actor Raffi Ahmad says that he'll be toning down his spending in favor of investment on the advice of his wife.
Before marrying actress Nagita (Gigi) Slavina, Raffi, the host of the television show Dahsyat, was reportedly living large, spending freely on luxury items such as expensive sports cars and extravagant wrist watches.
'I'm drawn to investing in property ' when I'm not hunting for Lamborghinis,' the 27-year-old said, as quoted by tempo.com.
Raffi says that his wife advised him to start investing his wealth in property.
'It was Gigi who told me to do property, because it is more profitable,' Raffi said.
