JAKARTA: Actress Tika Bravani says she will visit her mother's grave on Women's Day, which falls every Dec. 22.
'My mother recently passed away, so I will just go to her grave and celebrate the day with my grandmother,' the 24-year-old said as quoted by tribunnews.com.
For Tika, who played Fatmawati the wife of Indonesia's first president in the movie Soekarno: Indonesia Merdeka (Soekarno: Free Indonesia) last year, her mother was a true tough woman.
'She was a great and tough person, and she never complained even if she had problems. My mother was sick for a year before she passed away ' she never complained about it, although I knew she was in real pain,' she says.
Tika urged people to show their love to their mothers. 'You never know when you will lose your mother.'
