Tweens take note: Rumors of Niall Horan departure from the UK boyband One Direction are false.

A representative of the band'€™s label, Columbia Records, told Billboard on Monday that the rumors, which exploded on Twitter on Dec. 28, were unsubstantiated.

News that the guitarist had deserted the group was posted to Twitter by UK-based news sites Yahoo Celebrity UK and Sugarscape.

The accounts posted the next day that the sites had been hacked, and that One Direction was still intact.

The band, comprising Horan, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne, is slated to hold a concert on March 25 at the Bung Karno Sports Center in Central Jakarta.
