he third alleged victim of sexual abuse implicating two teachers at Jakarta Intercultural School (JIS), appeared Tuesday before the South Jakarta District Court to testify in a closed-door hearing.
Prosecutor Shandy Handika said the victim, through video conference, confirmed before the judges that he had been sexually abused by the two defendants, Neil Bantleman and Ferdinant Tjiong.
'He made a clear explanation about the location of the crime,' Shandy said after the hearing, adding that according to the victim, the defendants committed their crime separately.
Meanwhile, the defendants' lawyer, Mahareksha Singh Dillon, said their were some inconsistencies in the boy's statement in the hearing.
'For example, he previously said that the perpetrator had a tattoo on his hand, but in fact, neither of the defendants have any such thing, he said.
