he third alleged victim of sexual abuse implicating two teachers at Jakarta Intercultural School (JIS), appeared Tuesday before the South Jakarta District Court to testify in a closed-door hearing.

Prosecutor Shandy Handika said the victim, through video conference, confirmed before the judges that he had been sexually abused by the two defendants, Neil Bantleman and Ferdinant Tjiong.

'€œHe made a clear explanation about the location of the crime,'€ Shandy said after the hearing, adding that according to the victim, the defendants committed their crime separately.

Meanwhile, the defendants'€™ lawyer, Mahareksha Singh Dillon, said their were some inconsistencies in the boy'€™s statement in the hearing.

'€œFor example, he previously said that the perpetrator had a tattoo on his hand, but in fact, neither of the defendants have any such thing, he said.
