The Bali provincial administration is expecting to attract 4 million foreign tourists this year and anticipates considerable growth in the number of foreign visitors following the government's policy to waive visa requirements for visitors from Australia, China, Japan, South Korea and Russia.

It can be achieved if the Bali government improves infrastructure and facilities. The destruction of the islands 'natural attractions' continues and in many ways is already affecting this island's once great natural beauty.
