The Central Jakarta Transportation Agency found 1,015 illegally parked vehicles during raids in February.
'The violations in February were slightly fewer than the 1,305 violations found in January,' agency head Muslim said on Tuesday.
He said some of the motorists and motorcyclists were ticketed. The agency also flattened the tires of 434 motorcycles and 81 cars.
Muslim said most of the parking violations had occurred in the Tanah Abang, Roxy and Senen areas. He said his agency would continue holding the raids, targeting vehicles that were parked on the streets.
'We hold the raids twice a day,' he said.
