Pop band Element members - Didi Riyadi, Ferdy Taher, Ibank, Fajar and Arya - decided to quit from performing and became producer back in 2014.
Together, they established an independent label called Element Production.
After a thorough preparation, Didi said that he and his colleagues were ready to compete once again in the national music scene by forming and producing songs for a new band called New Element.
Didi said that his production company had opened a casting to recruit personnels for the new band. 'They must know Element's songs and their characteristics,' Didi said as quoted by Kapanlagi.com.
'The casting will also be available for women,' he added.
Didi also said that it was also important to have good looks for casting.
