Daniel Mananta says that he has been building a church in Flores, East Nusa Tenggara, over the past two years.
'[The funding] comes from my personal account. I plan to give a visit to the church on May 23,' said the television host, as quoted by kapanlagi.com, adding that celebrity friends, such as Olga Lidya, Delon and Dewi Sandra, also donated.
The 33-year-old said the project started when he had a problem with his vocal cords two years ago.
'When I got out of the bhospital, I was very grateful, so I decided to build a church in Flores because when I once visited the area, a church fell apart ' it even almost fell down on a priest,' Daniel said.
