JAKARTA: Marshanda is back! Andriani Marshanda has announced that she will make a comeback to acting after a seven-month hiatus.
The 25-year-old said that she would star in an upcoming sinetron, or local soap opera.
'I will work with Baim Wong,' Marshanda said, as quoted by kompas.com recently.
Baim is an old flame of Marshanda, who said that the pairing was suggested by fans.
Marshanda previously starred in many TV hit series before personal problems led her to take a break.
The actress came into conflict with her mother last year and went through a difficult divorce process with Ben Kasyafani. The couple has one child from the marriage.
