National Police chief Badrotin Haiti has said there are many things that need to be worked on at the police, including recruitment: 'So far, the recruitment of police officers has been largely passive, which means that we just wait for people to apply and then we start selecting from that crowd.
'Those who fulfill the requirements will then be given a proper education. It's time that we became more proactive in our recruitment. For example, we need to visit schools and encourage students to enter the police force,' he said.
Your comments:

The more reports there are about the police that include the comments made by them just frustrates people.
By far, they are most corrupt
government organization in the country.
Anyway, Badrodin will only be in office for a short time, so everything that is said is a mute point.

Law enforcement means protecting rich, powerful and well-funded figures, no matter what he or she is doing, so long as he or she pays well.
I may be looking at the wrong dictionary.
