Guess what?: Rossa to build resort in Raja Ampat

JP/Jerry Adiguna

Having been successful with her karaoke business, pop singer Sri Roslaina '€œRossa'€ Handiyani now wants to build a resort in Raja Ampat, West Papua.

'€œI am working with a local developer to promote the islands,'€ the 36-year-old said, as quoted by tribunnews.com.

The singer of '€œTegar'€ said she was interested in investing in Raja Ampat as it had become more popular internationally, thanks to its underwater diversity.

'€œRaja Ampat is now very popular and many of my friends go diving there, so I want to do it,'€ Rossa said.

She also said that she wanted to promote the nation abroad. '€œI also want to explore Indonesia and promote it outside,'€ she said.
