he ruling Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) registered its new central executive board lineup with the Law and Human Rights Ministry on Tuesday.
Accompanied by fellow party executives, PDI-P secretary-general Hasto Kristiyanto handed documents on the new executive board to Law and Human Rights Minister Yasonna H. Laoly.
"We thus have fulfilled our constitutional obligation by registering the new board," Hasto said at the ministry in South Jakarta.
The PDI-P elected the new executive board members in Denpasar, Bali, recently.
Led by PDI-P matriarch Megawati Soekarmoputri, the new board will determine the course of the party until 2020. (++++)
