Model-actress Davina Veronica intends to launch her own batik line with two friends.

'€œIt will be called Ambah, which means to sail through everything,'€ the 36-year-old told The Jakarta Post recently.

Davina could not determine when the line would be launched as her team was still preparing the website and marketing strategies.

'€œWe plan to offer the products through our website as well as social media,'€ said Davina, who is in charge of the marketing division.

The star said Ambah would also open a showroom at Pacific Place shopping center in South Jakarta.

The Ambah line, Davina added, would sell ready-to-wear and couture outfits. The brand will also offer hand-painted batik cloth, with motifs from Java, Kalimantan and Papua.
