Prominent attorney Otto Cornelis Kaligis, who has been recently named a suspect in a bribery case, has refused to sign the dossiers of the case, causing a delay in its prosecution.

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has detained Kaligis, along with seven other suspects including North Sumatra Governor Gatot Pujo Nugroho, for attempted bribery of three judges from the Medan State Administrative Court (PTUN Medan).

Your comments:

It'€™s annoying and irritating that whenever these corrupt individuals are about to be investigated and questioned by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), they will usually say that they'€™re not feeling well. They were all in good health before they were arrested and now almost all graft suspects are filing pretrial motions.

Right now he is doing an excellent job of looking guilty. I guess for now all we can do is to wait for the announcement of his death since he is so ill.

Simaging

This guy is a star lawyer, and for sure he knows all the dirty tricks to play. He thinks he is above any law and morals.

Bota

He was in good health when he allegedly bribed the judges.

Signing the dossier is not an admission of guilt, as a prominent figure, although as a graft suspect he should know that.
