'm replying to the Feb. 18, front-page article about the 'first Confucian' and the editorial, 'Stop provoking stigma', reminding the nation that it is based on Pancasila values, including faith in one God.
Though considered religions, Buddhism and Confucianism do not adhere to the notion of worshipping a deity.
And, in the WSJ Europe, Jan. 11 edition Stephen Prothero asked: Are Allah and Jesus the same God? Chip Field (Dallas) replied: The two divinities say they are different; the letter quotes from the Koran and the Bible.
I have a hunch that's why Wahhabi Islam wants other religions to leave Indonesia.
