joint rescue team managed on Thursday to evacuate three bodies trapped in the rubble of Club Bali Hotel in Cipanas district, Cianjur regency, West Java.
'All the victims have been evacuated and transferred to Cimacan General Hospital for postmortem examination,' rescue team member Joshua Banjarnahor said.
The victims, identified as Bun Susanto, 35, Budi Tanuadi Supena, 52, and his wife Melinawaty, 52, were found in the rubble of rooms 124 and 125 with the help of an excavator.
Joshua said five other people that had been in room 125 with Bun survived when the building collapsed on Wednesday after the slope on which the hotel was built moved. The movement of the soil was believed to have been caused by heavy rains that had poured in the area for days.
