AKARTA: Noted Malaysian songstress Sheila Majid will greet her Indonesian fans with her '30th Anniversary Concert, Kerinduan Sheila Majid' at the Jakarta Convention Center next Saturday.
The concert celebrates Sheila's 30 years in the music industry.
'I am grateful and happy that my Indonesian fans still appreciate my music,' she said at a press conference in Jakarta on Wednesday, as quoted by kompas.com.
In the concert, Sheila will perform 18 songs with orchestra-inspired music compositions arranged by Indonesian guitarist and songwriter, Tohpati. She is also expected to perform duets with Indonesian rocker Armand Maulana and singer Mike Mohede.
The concert tickets, priced between Rp 350,000 (US$26.25) and Rp 2.5 million, can be purchased on several online ticket sites, such as rajakarcis.com and ibudibjo.com.
