Hospitality: dREAMSCAPE to host ‘Dreams Around the World’ luxury travel show

Driven by rapid-information technology development, luxury travel has entered a new phase, marked not only by the emergence of consumers seeking a more meaningful and authentic travel experience but also the number of luxury travel operators utilizing mobile technology as a means to deliver state-of-the-art services.

Booming demand from the widening middle-income segment and aspirational consumers has led to the growing luxury travel industry in emerging markets such as Indonesia.

This explains why dREAMSCAPE, with 10 years of experience in hands on and on the ground research as an Asia-based luxury travel operator, will host a travel show at La Moda, Plaza Indonesia shopping mall, on Sept. 23-25 coinciding with the celebration of the operator’s 10th anniversary.

Themed “Dreams Around the World Travel Show”, the three-day event will showcase dREAMSCAPE’s special innovations to shape the future of luxury travel.

“‘Dreams Around the World’ is designed to help visitors enjoy luxury travel first-hand through themed travel experiences curated by our hand-picked expert suppliers,” says dREAMSCAPE in a press release.

The event will bring together top executives from luxury travel-related companies, including representatives from Zurich Travel Insurance, Cathay Pacific, Nihiwatu, Scubaspa, HTM Niseko, Castle and Wine, Aqua Mekong, &Beyond, Institut auf dem Rosenberg, Le K2 Courchevel, Alila Purnama, Shangri-La Hotels, and Garuda Indonesia.

“The upcoming event will see our high-net worth customers – banking partners, premium clients of our airline partners, and dREAMSCAPE clientele - mix with high-end luxury travel brands and suppliers by exclusive invitation only on the first day,” the release says.

“On the first day we will launch our new dREAMSCAPE luxury travel app that will revolutionize the way people travel,” it says.

The event will be open to the public on day two.

There will also be a host of specially tailored entertainment throughout the show, featuring fashion shows, TV chat shows, culinary demonstrations and much, much more.

Where: La Moda, first floor Plaza Indonesia.
When: Sept. 23 – by invitation only, 10 a.m. onward. Sept. 24-25 – open to the public, 10 a.m. -9:30 p.m.
