Police to offer driving license extension service for free

riving license extension application service will be offered free of charge for 200 lucky applicants, as part of the celebration of the 37th anniversary of an organization set up by the wives of Jakarta Police officers.
The Kemala Bhayangkari foundation would give the extension service for free on March 30 and 31, head of driving license division of the Jakarta Police traffic unit, Comr. Doni Hermawan said on Wednesday.
The free service would be for the owners of car driving licenses (SIM A) and motorbike licenses (SIM C). “The foundation will provide the service at the Police Higher Education College [PTIK] in South Jakarta,” Doni said as quoted by kompas.com.
The driving license owners who want the opportunity can register themselves to the secretariat of the foundation at Jakarta Police headquarters on Jl. Sudirman Kav. 56, South Jakarta or at the South Jakarta Police station on Jl. Wijaya II, South Jakarta.
The driving licence owners need to bring their IDs to register. (dea)
