he Indonesia E-Commerce Summit and Expo (IESE) 2017 aims to attract 10,000 visitors over the three-day event that runs until Thursday at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) in BSD, Banten.
At least 100 local and international speakers as well as 150 exhibitors will take part in the event to share opportunities and solutions to challenges in e-commerce today.
Google Indonesia managing director Tony Keusgen and Alibaba Group general manager of overseas B2B Jack Zhang are scheduled to speak on digital ads and business development strategy at separate workshops on Wednesday.

State Banks Association (HIMBARA) is among the 150 exhibitors to showcase their latest payment gateway systems.
“As Jack Ma [founder of Alibaba] once said, 2016 was the opening year for e-commerce and 2017 is the main year for it,” said Aulia E. Marinto, head of Indonesia E-Commerce Association (idEA), the organizer of the event along with Dyandra Promosindo.
The event attracted 6,514 visitors last year. (bbn)
