The Royal Sentul Park is part of LRT City, a residential and commercial area that will be integrated with the Light Rapid Transit (LRT) stations. The two projects are being developed by Adhi Karya.
“Today we hold the groundbreaking for the first tower of the apartment and also a soft launch for the shopping arcade,” said Amrozi Hamidi, the general manager of the TOD and Hotel division of Adhi Karya, on Saturday, referring to the 23 shop houses that were launched simultaneously.
