rance and Indonesia signed on Friday a partnership agreement to strengthen and develop technical and vocational training in the fields of energy, renewable energy and electricity.
The agreement was signed by officials from the Indonesian Culture and Education Ministry, the French national education ministry and the Schneider Foundation, the French Embassy said in a statement sent to The Jakarta Post on Friday.
The agreement, initiated by the French Embassy in Jakarta and the French Institute in Indonesia, is to create a center of excellence in Bandung with state-of-the-art equipment for the training of vocational high school teachers up to international industry norms.
The agreement also sees a scaling prover over the next five years which will benefit 184 senior vocational high schools (SMK) across the country.
