he body of a man who had been stabbed to death was discovered in an alley in Cawang subdistrict, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta, on Monday night, police have said.
The victim, identified as 33-year-old AR, was a resident Tanjung Priok in North Jakarta. He was found with stab wounds on his chest, thigh and back.
Residents reported the discovery at around 8 p.m., Kramat Jati Police chief Comr. Nurdin A. Rahman told kompas.com.
"Several belongings of the victim, such as a mobile phone, a bag and a wallet containing the victims ID, remained on the scene. We are still investigating the case," Nurdin said. (Fac)
