ity-owned developer PD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya is developing a six-story building called Sarana Square, which will be dedicated for startups.

The building is being developed on a 3,000-square-meter plot of land on Jl. Tebet Barat IV in Tebet, South Jakarta.

"The building will be used for office space as well as retailing," Pembangunan Sarana Jaya president director Yoory C. Pinontoan said as quoted by beritajakarta.id.

He added that the building would be equipped with several facilities, such as elevators, parking areas, ATMs, a restaurant and lobby hall.

"We have targeted that the building will be completed by the end of 2019," he said, adding that Rp 68 billion (US$4.9 million) had been allocated for the project's construction. (fac)
