In front of a loud home crowd, Stefano Lilipaly notched two goals in the 67th and 76th minutes, while Alberto "Beto" Goncalves scored in the 70th minute and M. Hargianto in injury time. Stefano and Beto are naturalized citizens.
Stefano put on a spectacle, scoring his second goal with a bicycle kick, triggering cheers from the stands.
With the win, Indonesia secures 3 points, putting it in second place in the group after Palestine with 4 points (one win, one draw). Hong Kong sits in third (3 points), followed by Chinese Taipei (1 point) and Laos (0 points).
