Booking a room at a hotel is now easier than ever.

With people increasingly using online messaging platforms as their main communication tool, the four-star Santika Premiere Bintaro Hotel now accepts room reservations via WhatsApp and LINE, starting this month. Guests will only need to send their personal information via their preferred platform, and the hotel’s reservation team will reply with an official confirmation that include reservation number and booking ID through e-mail, WhatsApp and LINE. 

“By using this service, guests will also be able to send detailed  information regarding their wishes during their stay,” said the hotel’s sales director, Bangkit Ciptadi, in a press release last week.

Those who want to make a reservation at the hotel in South Tangerang, Banten, can contact via WhatsApp +6281 1146 8988 or “HS Premiere Bintaro” LINE account with @jyr9858a as the ID. (kes)
