resh on the heels of former US president Barack Obama's and Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak’s visits, Bali has welcomed yet another international figure: Miss Universe Philippines 2017 Rachel Peters.
Peters has been in Bali since June 30 with her partner, Camarines Sur Governor Miguel Luis Villafuerte.
