Following Bali and Lombok, ride-sharing app Uber announced on Thursday the launch of UberTRIP in Yogyakarta.
The service allows users to book a trip for a minimum of three hours until one day.
Available for a minimum payment of Rp 180,000 (US$13.3) for a three-hour ride and Rp 1,000 per minute afterward, users can simply book their trip by clicking "UberTRIP" on their app and make payment at the end of the trip using either cash, credit card or Uber Credit.
"We're proud to be cooperating with our partners of drivers to present this practical service to anyone who visits Yogyakarta. With just one click, tourists can enjoy Uber's transparent and affordable service," said Uber Indonesia public policy head John Colombo in a press release on Thursday.

Uber also highlighted Yogyakarta as among users' most popular cities in Indonesia. In the past three months, Uber passengers who visited the city reportedly hailed from 64 countries. (kes)
