China Eastern, Shanghai Disney launch 'Toy Story' plane

ans of Disney-Pixar's Toy Story can now fly with their favorite characters on China Eastern Airlines, which has partnered with the Shanghai Disney Resort to create a plane themed around the animated feature film.
The Toy Story plane was launched at the Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport on Apr. 28, reported kompas.com.
The plane's exterior features a large image of Buzz Lightyear in mid-flight. The cabin interior is filled with other Toy Story characters, the seats decorated with images of Woody and Lotso, as well as Mr and Mrs Potato.
Details are also applied in unexpected areas, such as on the cabin ceiling, the inflight headphones, luggage compartments and seat trays.
Travelers who want to ride the Toy Story plane must first fly to China, as the themed plan is used only for domestic flights.
Earlier in 2016, China Eastern Airlines and Shanghai Disney Resort collaborated to create a plane themed on Mickey and Minnie Mouse.
Other airlines have also designed themed planes, such as EVA Airlines' themed plane featuring Hello Kitty.
