THE PLAN TO ISSUE TEMPORARY SHARES WITH NO VOTING RIGHTS TO FORMER UNSECURED CREDITORS IN RELATION TO THE ISSUANCE OF GOVERNMENT REGULATION NO. 126/2015 REGARDING A CHANGE IN THE COUNTRY’S SHAREHOLDING OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE THROUGH THE ISSUANCE OF NEW SHARES OF PT PELAYARAN SAMUDERA DJAKARTA LLOYD AS THE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.
In correspondence over the aforementioned matter, PT Djakarta Lloyd (the Company) will do the data verification of shares of former unsecured creditors concerning the temporary shares issuance. The documents to be submitted include:
1. Taxpayer Number
2. Deed of Incorporation
3. Latest Deeds
4. Certificate of Domicile
5. Copy of ID of the person in charge in the company
We shall receive the documents at the latest on June 28, 2016. They shall be sent to Gedung Vinilon, Jl. Raden Saleh No. 13-17, Central Jakarta 10430,Indonesia, Tel: (021) 29619274.
