LG announces TKDN content for Commercial Smart TV, CreateBoard range

T. LG Electronics Indonesia (LG) has announced the local content requirement (TKDN) levels for six products from its Commercial Smart TV and CreateBoard categories.
Four LG products that achieved large TKDN scores come from the latest offerings in the Commercial Smart TV range: the 4K UHD resolution UR801C0SB and the UR751C0SB.
The UR801C0SB comes in three screen sizes: the 65-inch screen reached a TKDN value of 39.62 percent; the 75-inch screen reached 36.64 percent; and the largest 86-inch model has a total TKDN value of 28.87 percent.
Befitting its status as a commercial offering, the range comes standard with a Hotel Mode, which enables similar settings across all connected TVs, including broadcast channel selection, energy-saving features and volume limiting.
In addition, LG’s built-in LG ThinQ platform allows the TV to access various applications that require an internet connection, such as the LG App Store, while USB camera compatibility allows the TV to be utilized for remote meeting use.
Meanwhile, the UR751C0SB type, with a 55-inch screen, achieved the highest TKDN value of 43.45 percent, with TKDN values for the 50-inch option to be announced soon.
LG also announced the TKDN value for two main screen sizes of LG CreateBoards – digital whiteboards primarily intended for educational facilities and office meeting room needs first introduced in September last year.
The 65TR3DK, which has a 65-inch screen, received a TKDN of 37.31 percent. Meanwhile, the larger 86-inch 86TR3DK has a total TKDN value of 36.78 percent. TKDN values for the 55 and 75-inch options will be announced soon.
LG CreateBoards possess a screen resolution as high as 4K UHD, capable of receiving and responding to 40 touch points at the same time to allow better collaboration on the same screen.
Built-in Education Tools provide users with the option to use devices such as rulers and arcs to support learning activities in digital form, along with a special software that enables users to save various files stored in JPEG or PDF format.
